Slot Shift Manager Assistant assists the manager with gaming activities in the slot department during an assigned shift. Approves jackpot and credit payouts and ensures that all appropriate forms are completed. Being a Slot Shift Manager Assistant confirms all slot equipment is functioning properly. Supervises all electronic gaming device personnel. Additionally, Slot Shift Manager Assistant ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. May require a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. PREREQUISITES
Education : High school diploma or equivalent
Experience : A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Communication and organizational skills
Physical : Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system / cash register.
This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
You will receive training on your roles and responsibilities
Full Time / Part Time and Day / Evening / Weekend Shift positions vary by location
