Slot Operations Manager manages and directs the daily operations of the slot department. Reviews electronic gaming device reports and adheres to federal cash reporting requirements. Being a Slot Operations Manager may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Slot Operations Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. SUMMARY: Position requires thorough understanding of company policy and procedures, goals and objectives; while ensuring they are properly communicated to department staff. Assure that all guidelines of the FSST Gaming Commission policies and procedures, as well as Company Internal Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to. This position is responsible for the overall supervision of Slot employees and promoting guest service.
Requirements: HIgh School Diploma or GED. Must have 3 years slot experience and supervisor experience. Must be 21 yrs and able to obtain an FSST Key Gaming License.
Starting Wage Scale: $24.00 - $27.84 per hour
