JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE:       Slot Floor person

REPORTS TO:  Slot Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Create an entertainment environment for all guests. Provide courteous and prompt change, jackpot, hopper fill and minor machine repair service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Process jackpot/hopper fills in an efficient manner.
2. Ensure that slot machines are filled with ticket paper.
3. Ensure that coin machines have coin cups/token racks at all times.
4. Notify an appropriate supervisor of customers need and requests.
5. Assist in maintaining slot floor security by notifying a supervisor of

     any suspicious activity.

1. Maintain current knowledge of gaming laws as well as the

     property’s policies and procedures.

1. Promote positive guest relations through prompt, courteous service.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

High school diploma or GED preferred

MATH SKILLS:

1. Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator.
2. Basic money handling skills.

PLANNING ORGANIZATION:

1. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Ability to carry up to 40lbs.
2. Able to walk for long periods of time.
3. Must be able to work calmly and professionally in stressful situations.

AVAILABILITY:

1. Able to work any shift.
2. Able to work overtime when needed

Pay $11/hr.
