Hit the jackpot with this new career opportunity! Iowa’s No. 1 entertainment destination is looking for a Slot Supervisor to oversee and supervise our winning team of Casino Floor Attendants. 

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

• Supervise and assign sections of the Casino Floor Attendants, and ensure staffing levels are adequate for anticipated business activity. 
• Ensure the security of funds by supervising all activities on the floor and following all company and Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission policies and regulations.  
• Handle all necessary arrangements to pay out jackpots in amounts ranging from $5,000 to $10,000.
• Greet guests in a friendly manner and handle guest inquiries, complaints, and other issues in a timely and professional manner. 
• Responsible for training and coaching Slot Department staff.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.  Six months or more experience in either slot operations or slot performance required.  Excellent math, counting, and supervisory skills required. Must have outstanding customer service skills and must be knowledgeable of how a slot machine operates. Must be able to stand and walk for an entire eight-hour shift. Must be able to frequently lift up to 35 lbs. Must be able to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
