Description
Provide fast, friendly service, performing repairs and preventative maintenance on slot machines and assisting with machine moves.
Provides consistently prompt, courteous service to guest in professional manner.
Maintains a safe, clean and comfortable work environment at all times.
Performs the repair and modification work on slot machines; repairs all aspects of mechanical and electro-mechanical slot machines.
Submits suggestions to the Slot Dept. regarding improvements in operations and safety.
Completes paperwork accurately and in a timely manner in compliance with company, state and federal policies and regulations; keeps paperwork confidential at all times. Must have a sense of urgency to repair and bring up machines.
Requirements
Must be able to keep track of repairs, parts and priorities and keep a clean slot and safe slot shop.
Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Ability to work successfully with the public and fellow employees.
Reasoning Ability:
Knowledge of slot repair operations.
Advanced electronic knowledge.
Ability to multi-task
Be aware of your surroundings at all times. Inform the Manager on Duty of any and all suspicious activity immediately.
Computer Skills:
Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office programs.
Knowledge of Oasis is a plus.
Certificates and Licenses:
Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Control Board registration.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods; must be able to reach, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, and lift occasionally; must be able to move about the casino and operational areas.
Must have manual dexterity, ability to feel, use fingers, hands, operate tools.
