- Monitor poolside service levels and guest satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and proactively.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient communication and coordination of food preparation and delivery, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
- Ensures that all safety, accident and emergency policies and procedures are in place and consistently followed.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance poolside service offerings and optimize guest satisfaction.
- Uphold club policies and procedures related to poolside service operations, including food safety, responsible alcohol service, and sanitation standards.
Licenses and Special Requirements- ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification required
- CPR and First Aid certifications required
Physical Demands and Work Environment- Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch
and twist or reach. - Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds.
