Greeting members and their guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, maintaining bar/service area, maintaining pool seating areas, and member engagement will be just a part of the job.
Supervision of the Pool Lead(s) and Pool Attendants will be a key aspect of this role. Responsible for ensuring all Pool staff are meeting or exceeding expectations daily, all service standards are strictly adhered to, and our facilities are always maintained and present well to our members and guests. Will be responsible for direct supervision and oversight of all pool staff; Pool Lead(s) will assume responsibility for supervision of team in Pool Supervisor's absence.
