Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our members and their guests, the Guest Services Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. The Old Club operates seasonally from May through September. The ideal candidate will be able to satisfy this timeframe.

Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests upon arrival with warmth and hospitality.
• Provide information about club amenities, services, and upcoming events.
• Assist members and guests with reservations, inquiries, and special requests.
• Handle guest feedback and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized pro shop area, including restocking apparel and inventory procedures.
• Process payments for guest services and merchandise purchases.
• Collaborate with various departments to arrange event scheduling, dining reservations, and other guest requests.
• Uphold the club's standards of excellence in customer service and hospitality.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer systems and point-of-sale software.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
