Opens Players Club accounts, provides customers with information regarding the property and its amenities, greets buses, and actively markets and promotes current and upcoming property promotions and events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively seeks and opens new Players Club accounts which may include building a rapport with patrons on the gaming floor
- Greets customers as a representative of Prairie Band Casino & Resort and provides information concerning casino programs and amenities, hotels and restaurants, and the Players Club program
- Issues promotional amenities, redeems coupons, maintains accurate records in Players Club accounts and maintains inventory control records
- Ensures accuracy of gaming patron data when accessing account information
- Must project professionalism, and a consistently friendly and outgoing personality
- Greets buses, distributes Players Club cards and requested coupon packages to passengers
- Ensures Players Club area is clean and free of safety hazards
- Resolves service problems according to established guidelines
- Communicates and reports on guest feedback including specific guest issues and actions taken or suggested actions to resolve the guest issue
- Provides superior and personalized guest service to all gaming patrons
- Functions in Premier Lounge and performs duties of Casino Marketing Administrator or Club Premier Service Host as needed
- Assists with Marketing events and promotions as needed
- Adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies in an ethical manner and encourages others to do the same
- Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
Required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic mathematic proficiency
- Excellent customer service skills, prefer at least one year prior customer service experience
- Must be detail oriented and possess basic record keeping skills
- Pleasant and easily understood speaking voice, required
- Have the ability to read, write, speak and understand English, bi-lingual a plus
- At least one year of basic computer experience, preferred
- Must be willing to work both independently and as part of a team
- Available to work a schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Willingness to meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by Prairie Band Casino & Resort Team Member Handbook
- Must meet attendance guidelines as outlined in the Prairie Band Casino & Resort Team Member Handbook
- A record of satisfactory performance and reliability in all prior and current employment

- High school graduate or GED

- Must be able to bend, reach, kneel and grip items while working at assigned area

- Must have the manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment, including a 10 key adding machine, personal computer, fax machine, and photo copier
- Able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke
- Must be able to meet the level two or light work requirements based on the Department of Labor Dictionary of Titles: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently
