Overview:

Seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, problem solver to work part-time at our youth soccer club as the club registrar. Experience is not necessary, but helpful. Spanish speaker is a plus.

Duties:

• oversee all aspects of registration and payment collection online and in person.
• insure that all players and coaches have completed necessary forms and courses to meet requirements as outlined by the state and national soccer associations.
• create rosters and make roster changes
• report data to state and national associations
• produce player cards
• coordinate uniform ordering
• train and assist team managers/treasurers
• answer phones and assist customer
• miscellaneous office duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office products
• Experience working with the public
• Data entry
• Experience using phone system
• Experience training and advising others
• Able to speak Spanish

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
