Bilingual (Spanish/English) required Ability to read, write, type, proof, and edit non-routine correspondence, tables, forms, and the like for punctuation, spelling, grammar, and typographical errors as well as draft routine correspondence, perform noncomplex arithmetic calculations, and maintain record keeping and filing systems. Knowledge of various insurance information needed to complete accurate and timely pre-registrations. Proficient in Microsoft Office or any other applicable software. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with all patients, medical center employees and physicians. Must exhibit a professional demeanor and cooperative team approach.
