This is how you will grow:

 The Project Administrator will  play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects by providing administrative and project management assistance. 

• Work with Site Supervisor to coordinate the completion of scope of work per contract
• Work with Site Supervisor to track budgets and maintain timelines
• Be responsible for maintaining organization of construction department to ensure work flow
• Communicate efficiently with team members
• Be an integral part of the client experience
• Communicate daily with Clients, Sub-Contractor, Construction Team

Requirements

This is how you will take us forward:

• 3 plus years of experience in a similar Construction Project Administrator type role
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or related field a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders required
• Experience on large scale manufacturing site projects a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage, organize and present data
