AGENCY DESCRIPTION: This position is available for an immediate opening at the Mariposas Project agency in Atascadero, CA. We are an Early Start agency, Community Center and Service Provider for speech, occupational, physical and vision therapies along with child development services.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The Office Assistant will primarily be responsible for helping maintain an organized front office by filing, copying, faxing, maintaining supplies inventory, and helping to complete special projects as directed from upper management. The Office Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining communication with staff, and assisting them with their daily requests and inquiries. The office assistant will need to report to and take direction from the agency management team.
