Additionally, Six Sigma Quality Project Administrator typically requires Green Belt certification. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Six Sigma Quality Project Administrator supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. POSITION SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant, Quality Assurance, under the direct supervision of the Quality Assurance Supervisor, Program Director, Clinical Supervisor, and Program Administrator, will provide administrative support to Case Management. The Administrative Assistant, Quality Assurance will possess a strong ability to communicate orally and in writing and can identify potential opportunities and enhancements to the services provided by the program.
