Duties:
- Provide administrative support to project managers and team members
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules and reports
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking
- Assist with budget tracking and expense management
- Conduct research and gather information for project planning and decision-making
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Perform general office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
Experience:
- Proven experience in an organizational or administrative role
- Strong clerical skills, including data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Proficient in proofreading documents for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors
- Familiarity with office management procedures and practices
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Proficiency in using Office 365 (Outlook, Project, Excel) for document creation and collaboration
