Coaches and trains teams in the utilization and deployment of Six Sigma tools and principles. Additionally, Six Sigma Quality Program Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Requires Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Typically reports to a director. The Six Sigma Quality Program Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Six Sigma Quality Program Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     As a result of our expansion, we are looking for a Quality Assurance and ISO Program Manager to join our growing team. 

    Quality Assurance and ISO Program Manager

    Job Description

    Will perform compliance activities in support of Quality Management System & Production Facility. Lead the Company’s QA efforts and maintain the ISO 9001 program.
     
    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Lead Company-wide QMS/ISO system, Management reviews.
    • Maintain, improve, and establish new procedures and quality Objectives & Metrics. 
    • Communicate and Train staff on procedures and QMS & Objectives.
    • Continual Process Improvement, Corrective Action Records
    • Process Control through Procedures, Work Instructions and Specifications
    • Document Control & Revisions, Change Management.
    • Calibration & Maintenance and Traceability; Monitoring & Measurement of Process
    • Customer satisfaction & support, Completion of customer document requests
    • Internal and External audits, Supplier Quality
    • Customer audits, complaints, external compliance requirements
    • Additional responsibilities to support Quality Assurance for ISO 9001 QMS.
    • Maintain open and clear communication with QC Manager regarding revisions, updates, changes, non-conformance, or any other related activities that may affect Company compliance and QMS requirements.
    • Schedule and conduct audits for ISO 9001 QMS (internal, external, customer).

      Preferred Skills & Experience
    • ISO 9001 background working in a manufacturing environment.
    • Proven track record with External (3rd Party & Customer) Audits
    • Six-sigma Black Belt
    • Strong organization, planning, attention to detail
    • Self-motivated and capable of independent problem-solving and production
    • Strong communication both; verbal and written.
