Six Sigma Quality Program Manager leads and manages Six Sigma projects. Plans and develops guidelines, targets, and standards used for monitoring and measuring results. Being a Six Sigma Quality Program Manager incorporates Six Sigma methodology and analytics into organizational operations in order to accomplish business objectives. Coaches and trains teams in the utilization and deployment of Six Sigma tools and principles. Additionally, Six Sigma Quality Program Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Requires Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Typically reports to a director. The Six Sigma Quality Program Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Typical Duties Include:
Supervises members of the QPC management team as well as the QPC Receptionist and as needed may be responsible to supervise visit coaches to include regular case consultation and bi-weekly supervisions to ensure maximum quality of client care.
Provides support on difficult cases as needed including establishing case consultation monthly meetings.
Coordination with DCF Service Coordinator/Systems PD to ensure referrals are continuous in an effort to meet annual contractual expectations. Will maintain regular contact via phone and email and will meet regularly to discuss referral processes, issues or concerns.
Assist in client intake process, reviews referral and related information, and assigns cases as back up to the Family Engagement Specialist.
Attends DCF case treatment reviews meetings on a monthly basis and for 90 day follow up as needed.
Assists in the hiring of qualified personnel and ensures retention through regular supervision and employee performance reviews.
Development of ongoing staff training and training materials.
Responsible for managing the budget for purchases and expenditures.
Develop program protocols and procedures, safety checklist to adhere to our contract.
Conducts utilization reviews as directed utilizing Credible and PIE (Provider Information Exchange).
Controls the maintenance of appropriate and required records and information.
Reviews and provides data collection and program evaluation efforts by completing RBA measures quarterly.
Education/Experience Requirements/Other Requirements:
Master’s Degree with 2-4 years of program coordination and supervisory experience. Experience in providing visitation services preferred. Must maintain a valid driver’s license. Must be able to work a 40-hour non-structured work week to include weekends and holidays as needed.
