The Board Administrator & Data Quality Manager has four primary areas of focus (as well as additional, occasional impact initiatives): 1) Data Quality: to ensure all program data is accurate and complete, and the program database is accessible and functional for staff; 2) Program Safety: to ensure all volunteers are fully background screened before engaging in service, 3) AmeriCorps Compliance: to ensure our AmeriCorps members and their corresponding files are compliant with our grant and AmeriCorps guidelines 4) Board Support: to facilitate communication and operations of our Board of Directors.
