    About the role:

    Pompa Program is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Manager to lead our information technology department. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our IT infrastructure, systems, and technology solutions. The IT Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization's technology supports our mission to empower individuals to achieve optimal health.

    Responsibilities:

    • IT Strategy and Planning:
      • Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
      • Collaborate with senior management to identify technology needs and opportunities for innovation.
      • Ensure the IT strategy supports the mission and values of the Pompa Program. Work closely with Engineering to achieve strategic goals.
    • Infrastructure Management:
      • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of our IT infrastructure, including cloud based servers, networks, and services.
      • Monitor system performance, security, and scalability, and implement improvements as necessary.
    • Team Leadership:
      • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team.
      • Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
      • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities.
      • ​​Manage System Administrators to identify and build automations to support business functions across Marketing, Sales, and Fulfillment operations.
    • Security and Compliance:
      • Develop and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect company data and assets.
      • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
    • Vendor Management:
      • Evaluate, select, and manage third-party technology vendors and service providers.
      • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of services.
    • Budget Management:
      • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost control and resource allocation alignment with organizational goals.
    • IT Support and Helpdesk:
      • Oversee the IT support and helpdesk functions to ensure timely resolution of user issues.
      • Maintain a high level of user satisfaction with IT services.

    Requirements:

    • Total 5 years of proven experience in system administration with at least 2 as an IT Manager.
    • Experience managing and elevating the team.
    • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and best practices.
    • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with healthcare or wellness industry IT requirements is a plus.

    Google Workspace/Gsuites, Slack, Zoom, HubSpot, Windows, Mac, Cloudflare, AWS, Jira, Netsuite

    Compensation Range:
    Base salary $100K-135K
