Six Sigma Quality Program Manager jobs in Rehoboth Beach, DE

The Shop Foreman will ensure that qualified diesel mechanics perform repairs correctly, efficiently and timely. That the service department maintains a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch technician(s) to mechanical segments that match their skill level to ensure quality.
• Maintain high-quality repairs and minimizes comebacks. Conduct periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
• Recruit, hire, and motivate qualified diesel mechanics.
• Assist mechanics in developing their skills.
• Provide technical support for mechanics when necessary.
• Check the repair progress of each repair order throughout the day.

Qualifications:

• Be prepared for work, the shop is busy!
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience repairing / maintaining class 4- 8 trucks - with solid technical practices.
• Accurate Diagnostic and Troubleshooting skills required.
• Possess a complete set of tools.
• Have strong communication skills with the ability to document repairs accurately and clearly.
• Be adaptable and anxious to meet the needs of our customers in a high-volume, fast- paced environment.
• Work with team members closing, being an educator and motivator.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
