    We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, to join our growing team based out of our Louisville, CA office.


    Red 6 is an agile startup changing the way the world engages with digital information. Don't be surprised when our technology goes from a concept to a flying prototype in only a few days. We are looking for thinkers and doers that are able to work collaboratively, to iterate quickly, and to solve problems on a daily, sometimes hourly basis.


    This Role will work very closely with our CTO and help define how we execute our exciting product roadmap. The role will be responsible for all hardware, platform development and the Integration and delivery schedule for ATARS product. You will


    Role and Responsibilities


    • Drive product thinking from strategy and ideation to requirements formulation and feature definition.
    • Create detailed product requirements for a complex hardware and software system.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the customer requirements and end-user needs, representing the voice-of-the-customer across the organization.
    • Support engineering through product development, managing product tradeoffs and owning key product decisions, aligning with end-user needs and business goals.
    • Partner closely with Engineering, Design and Product Steering Committee to bring the product vision to life.
    • Create, own, and track product KPIs for system performance and user satisfaction, to ensure successful delivery. Analyze patterns and trends to expand the impact, utility, and potential of our products.
    • Work with leadership to develop a cohesive 3-year product roadmap of prioritized products, features, and enhancements.
    • Present regularly to the Product Steering Committee as well as the engineering team to ensure alignment across the organization.
    • Spend time with clients, gathering feedback and feeding back.

    Skills and Experience


    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • At least 5 years of product management work experience in a technology development environment, preferably with hardware, IoT devices, Robotics of similar.
    • Strong technically skills with experience in hardware and software development
    • Strong organizational, planning and presentation skills.
    • Analytical and creative skills and the ability to balance both.
    • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
