Northeast Sales Territory Manager (starting in Boston)
You will represent Better Balance in the Northeast and will be responsible for achieving sales & EBITDA targets in this territory, executing the Business Development strategy (Marketing & Sales) for Better Balance in the Food Service channel in the US northeast with customers, brokers and distributors - will start in Boston and as the business evolves will develop the rest of the areas in the territory. You will be in charge of coordinating internal and external teams, planning & executing commercial plans and projects. You will support designing strategies for business development & sharing insights with customers and consumers.
Your role will be crucial to achieve business success in Boston, you will:
1. Be in charge of developing & executing a commercial & growth strategy in the territory for the foodservice channel. (Northeast - to start in Boston and as the business evolves will develop the rest of the area in the territory)
2. Represent Better Balance in the Northeast and is responsible for achieving sales targets, EBITDA goals and developing sales forecasts in this territory.
3. Develop a Better Balance Ecosystem by executing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders such as brokers, distributors, and chefs to achieve brand positioning, commercial goals, and territory expansion.
4. Manage Food Service and Industrial accounts, including Manages cross-dock service 3rd party for product delivery; manages relation with clients Replenishment Manager – to process POs; manages any relation need to keep a healthy client Score Card.
5. Be the main point of contact and alignment with Foodservice Customers, Brokers, and Distributors to achieve commercial goals.
6. Be in charge of identifying and developing brokers and distributors to grow in the territory.
