Diagrams and evaluates existing processes. Organizes, leads, and facilitates cross-functional project teams. Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.

Collects data to identify root

cause

of problems. Measures performance against process requirements. Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls. Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.

May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement, and control. Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes.

Communicates team progress. Performs cost and benefit analyses.

Six Sigma is a development program in both technical and soft skills you will benefit from in the years to come. This development is a significant investment for McKesson,

our preference is to have

you commit to the program for a minimum of 2 years to not only learn, but become a proficient and skillful leader. The program is designed so that most of the training can be accomplished in the first 12-18 months, skill refinement through project execution from day 1 through year 2, and the expectations of certification within 18-36 months in the program.
