Six Sigma Quality Program Director plans, designs, and directs Six Sigma projects. Develops strategy and policies required to accomplish measurable business process improvements. Being a Six Sigma Quality Program Director employs Six Sigma/Lean methodology and analytics to re-engineer organizational operations. Works with other certified professionals in the planning, designing, and implementation of key projects. Additionally, Six Sigma Quality Program Director coaches and trains teams in the utilization and deployment of Six Sigma tools and principles. Requires Six Sigma certification as Black Belt. May require a master's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Six Sigma Quality Program Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Design for Six Sigma Specialist. This role has the option to be a hybrid role located at one of our facilities in Arden, NC, Fayetteville, NC or Greenwood, SC. Relocation will be offered to one of those locations to candidates who live outside 50 miles. A second option is a remote based role for candidates who reside in North Carolina or South Carolina who reside outside 50 miles of our three Eaton facilities. Both options will require travel to all mentioned locations
The expected annual salary range for this role is $105000.03 - $154000.04 a year.
