Six Sigma Quality Program Director plans, designs, and directs Six Sigma projects. Develops strategy and policies required to accomplish measurable business process improvements. Being a Six Sigma Quality Program Director employs Six Sigma/Lean methodology and analytics to re-engineer organizational operations. Works with other certified professionals in the planning, designing, and implementation of key projects. Additionally, Six Sigma Quality Program Director coaches and trains teams in the utilization and deployment of Six Sigma tools and principles. Requires Six Sigma certification as Black Belt. May require a master's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Six Sigma Quality Program Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Six Sigma Quality Program Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     • Update and assist with CAQH practice and clinician profiles

    • Manage roster submission, review, and data entry
    • Resolve enrollment related denials
    • Create reporting process, On-board New Hires and maintain HR records, organize Medical Records and update all Credentialing applications for all Staff while linking to the appropriate insurance companies.

    Perform quarterly HR audits.
    Maintain HR database

    *Responsible for Quality Assurance and auditing of medical record information
    Assist with Medical Billing for Medicaid and Private Insurances
    Prepare monthly report of expenses and revenues for CEO
    Answer phones, type letters, memorandum, reports, etc.
    Maintsin quarterly Audit reporting

    Billing & Insurance experience preferred!

    Mental Health experience a plus

    Required Qualifications and Experience:

    • Qualified Professional experience a plus
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Be familiar with Substance Abuse Services and Mental Health environment
    • Familiar with Credentialing requirements for Commercial, Private Pay Medicare, and Medicaid Insurance
    • Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
    • Familiarity with Alliance and VAYA Managed Care Organizations
