Six Sigma Quality Program Director plans, designs, and directs Six Sigma projects. Develops strategy and policies required to accomplish measurable business process improvements. Being a Six Sigma Quality Program Director employs Six Sigma/Lean methodology and analytics to re-engineer organizational operations. Works with other certified professionals in the planning, designing, and implementation of key projects. Additionally, Six Sigma Quality Program Director coaches and trains teams in the utilization and deployment of Six Sigma tools and principles. Requires Six Sigma certification as Black Belt. May require a master's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Six Sigma Quality Program Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Six Flags Darien Lake is open daily late June through Labor day, with week-end/reduced operations in May, early June, September, and October. Interviews will begin in January 2024!
**You Must have an RV/Camper. An RV/Camper is not provided. Due to safety concerns we cannot allow tent camping.**

Requirements for the Program:
-Each person must apply individually. Each person MUST be willing to work at least 30 hours per week when 30 work hours are available (typically mid June through Labor Day).
-Must be age 18 (Will accept age 16 with parent and/or Guardian living in the same RV and working for us).
-Anyone living on site must work for Six Flags Darien Lake (no children under 16).
-Must have a Camper/ RV with total sustainability (operating kitchen/shower/toilet).
-Physical Address must be over 75 miles from Six Flags Darien Lake.
Workampers are welcome to arrive to set up in mid May (date to be determined) and we ask that everyone be here by mid June when daily operation begins (date to be determined).
Workampers are expected to work through Labor day (September 5th), but will be welcome to remain on site and work through end of season. Any requests to arrive after mid June or depart prior to Labor Day must be reviewed and approved by Human Resources prior to extending a conditional offer of employment.
