We're looking for a driven individual to work in our San Diego, CA showroom! At Standard Plumbing Supply, we sell toilets, faucets, showers, tubs, and all plumbing related items. We are looking for someone to help us take our showroom to the next level! There are basic commission, bonus, and an hourly wage program for all sales representatives. Fun atmosphere and opportunities to move up. We will train the right individual.

Responsibilities:

• Assist all clients with product selections for their homes or businesses.
• Gain a basic understanding of product knowledge and the latest designs in plumbing fixtures.
• Actively listen to the needs of our customers and apply solutions.
• Follow through on your work and ensure that customers needs are resolved.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Requirements:

• Motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
