Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Technician, Sr. to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of complex equipment, machinery, or systems. The Service Technician, Sr. will primarily work independently and act as a technical expert in resolving complex technical issues. This position may also involve training and mentoring less experienced technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment, machinery, or systems to identify faults and determine required repairs accurately.
2. Independently handle advanced repairs, overhauls, component replacements, and upgrades of equipment or systems according to established procedures and safety guidelines.

Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant technical certifications or vocational training is highly preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience performing complex repairs and maintenance on mechanical, electrical, or electronic equipment.
3. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
4. Proficient in using various tools, diagnostic equipment, and software applications related to equipment servicing.
5. Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
6. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to customers and team members.
