The Device Shop is excited to open it's first Connecticut location in Westport.
As a result, we are looking for our first associate to join our team. A Technical Associate is responsible for diagnosing and performing repairs on a wide range of devices including: phones, ipads, laptops, gaming systems, etc. A Technical Associate is responsible for remaining informed and educated on newly released, upcoming technology in the industry. Additionally, they are responsible for cross training additional technical staff members to ensure that the store is prepared to repair a variety of devices.
