Shoe Sewing Machine Operator/Tender sets-up and operates various sewing machines to join parts of shoe materials together. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Being a Shoe Sewing Machine Operator/Tender is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Additionally, Shoe Sewing Machine Operator/Tender performs a variety of tasks. Operate a sewing machine to manufacture and produce Duluth Pack products based upon the needs of the business. This involves working with all departments within production staff to make sure quality and production standards are met in a timely, accurate and safe manner.
We can train anyone to sew even with zero sewing experience!

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent education, preferably with prior experience in a sewing manufacturing setting, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
