Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in all aspects of store operations. This is a dynamic position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store runs smoothly
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Train and develop sales associates to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets
- Supervise and motivate staff to meet performance goals and maintain a positive work environment
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall appearance of the store
- Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies for increasing sales and profitability

Experience:
- Proven experience in a retail supervisory or assistant management role
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Experience in training and developing staff members
- Proficient in operating cash registers and handling financial transactions
- Bilingual skills (preferred)

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
