JOB SUMMARY :
Administers shipping and receiving personnel activities. Ensures that the shipping and receiving processes are accurate, that employees are trained in those processes, that training is documented, and continually monitors personnel to ensure that processes are followed.
Manages shipping and receiving data and documentation in accordance with plant policy. Manages the organization of the shipping dock and rack yard.
Aids materials in the management and / or monitoring of customer portals and documents.
