Shipping and Receiving Supervisor jobs in Wisconsin

Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is looking for an organized and driven individual to take ownership and prioritize tasks in the shipping and receiving areas of the Manufacturing Department to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This is a first-shift position with flexible scheduling, paid training, and good benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Verifying contents, properly labeling, and recording incoming materials and products
• Preparing materials and products for inspection or stocking
• Verifying contents, packaging, and recording outgoing materials and products
• Receiving, tracking, and shipping external property and equipment
• Reviewing bi-weekly timesheets and providing feedback
• Completing performance reviews
• Identifying areas needing improvement, suggesting solutions, and executing changes
• Delegating tasks to the team and developing team members as needed to complete a given task

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited High School (or valid General Educational Development certificate) is required.
• Minimum of four (4 ) years of relevant experience, which may include working in shipping, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Ability to regularly lift 35 pounds.
• Ability to critically think and make independent decisions that are guided by policies, procedures, and business structure.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret detailed drawings.
• Computer proficiency and a high level of organization with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to work onsite from our facility located at 9901 Silicon Prairie Parkway in Verona, WI.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience leading a team as a manager, supervisor, or equivalent, and the ability to effectively communicate as such.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and/or enterprise resource planning systems is a plus.
• Experience with shipping and/or receiving processes is a plus.
