Essential Functions

• Receive all incoming packages delivered via UPS, general carriers, and other deliveries to the store.
• Processes fill report. Ensure back ordered items are received and delivered and/or picked up as soon as possible.
• Occasional pickup and/or delivery of parts required.
• Ship appropriate parts for customers providing same-day service when parts are available. Ensure inventory counts are accurate at time of shipment.
• Crate/secure large items for shipping. Make arrangements with appropriate carrier for transport of the item(s).
• Complete bill of lading, including if item is hazardous, etc. Ensure prompt pickup and delivery of item(s).
• Respond to the requirements for walk in customers.
• Respond to the requirements for phone calls to parts desk.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in shipping and receiving or related field is preferred.
• Ability to communicate basic information in a professional, polite and courteous manner.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience with a forklift is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Work Location: In person
