Volt is immediately hiring for a Shipping Supervisor in Santa Maria, CA.

As a Shipping Supervisor you will:

• Oversee and supervise employees
• Monitor staff performance
• Assist with packaging and staging of deliveries
• Understand and follow procedures and practices
• Understand safety guidelines, regulations and specifications
• Provide leadership by coaching, counseling, training, and individual development
• Other duties as assigned

This is a full-time Direct Hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 5 plus years of shipping experience
• Associate degree preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal business communication abilities
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience preferred

Salary: $21.63 - $31.25 per hour

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
