Shipping and Receiving Supervisor jobs in Monterey, CA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all shipping and receiving processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment.

Duties:
- Receive incoming shipments, inspecting packages for damage and verifying contents against purchase orders
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate labeling, packaging, and documentation
- Creating PO's
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load/unload shipments as needed -Not necessary
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate timely shipment of products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as necessary

Skills:
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently-not necessary
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be bilingual. (English/Spanish)
