Shipping and Receiving Supervisor jobs in Milwaukee, WI

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises the activities of hourly team members.
• Lead all shipping & receiving operations
• Issues BOM through ERP system in a timely manner.
• Inspects material handling equipment for defects & notify Production Manager or contracts outside service facility for repair.
• Directs movement of shipments from shipping and receiving platform throughout the plant.
• Maintains equipment and facility maintenance reports.
• Drive company vehicles to pick up materials/assembly components from local vendors.
• Prepares shipping documentation, schedules pickups, and works with third party vendors on all logistics related tasks.
• Possesses ability to adapt and respond to situations quickly.
• Demonstrates a Positive Mental Attitude.
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate’s degree: (Preferred)
• Supervisory experience: 1-2 years (Required)
• Warehouse experience: 2-5 years (Required)
• Driver’s License with clean driving record: (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university a plus
• ERP experience: 2-5 years (Preferred) / (Experience with Job Boss or Visual ERP is a Plus)
• Forklift experience: (Preferred)
• CDL License: (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Associate (Preferred)
