Shipping and Receiving Supervisor supervises workers who confirm and record the receipt of shipments, prepare items for shipping, and load and unload trucks. Also responsible for managing the inter-departmental transport of materials. Shipping and Receiving Supervisor, a level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Shipping and Receiving Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Thorough knowledge of the team processes. The regular hours for this position are from 7 : 00 to 4 : 00 , Monday through Friday, and subject to change as needed.

Our Shipping and Receiving Specialists play a vital role in the final quality assurance process of each outgoing case. Our Shipping and Receiving Specialists receive, disinfect, organize, and complete an intake process for each case that comes through our doors.
This is essentially the vital first step that occurs before our technicians begin to craft the restorations for our clients.
Also, they’re literally the last set of hands to touch each and every item that we produce. After completing a standard verification process, the Shipping and Receiving Specialists safely and securely packages the final product for delivery to our customer.
