The Shipping and Receiving Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations within our manufacturing plants. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate logistics efficiently to ensure the timely delivery of goods and materials.
Primary Responsibilities
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Microsoft Office suits and other EPR/MRP and Shipping/Receiving software proficiency required.
Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures, inventory management, and logistics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects and operate material handling equipment.
