// Your Day to Day Role

• Ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the shipping and receiving team.
• Responsible for coordinating the activities of team members dealing with all product receiving, shipping, and deliveries.
• Schedule the delivery route for the driver and ensure all materials are ready.
• Conduct Forklift Certification Training and ensure the forklift is always kept in proper working order, and any necessary maintenance is completed.
• Conduct daily forklift check for safety before anyone uses it.
• Ensure all shipping claims are executed correctly and handled in a timely manner.
• Hold daily huddles and other regular team meetings.
• Forecast long and short-term workload of the team and make necessary staffing/shift adjustments.
• Ensure training is developed and implemented to further Shipping & Receiving team efficiency and overall knowledge of the team.
• Ensure azpro Quality Control Standards are being adhered to.
• Manage the Shipping & Receiving Budget.
• Provide clear expectations and goals.
• Review performance and compensation for all Shipping & Receiving positions.
• Oversee the execution of the Cleaning Standards Checklist for all Shipping & Receiving Team assigned areas.
• Ensure proper documentation, training and personnel are in place so that coverage is available for all positions for any preplanned and unplanned absences, including short term, long term, and termination. 
• Complete all Rocks, Tasks, and To-Dos as assigned by your Lead.

//Required:

• Occasional weekends
• Available to work 50 hours per week
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
• Forklift experience is required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Skilled with your hands
• Ability to change gears quickly as production needs change
• Ability to work well alone and with a team
• Eager, willing, and open-minded to learning and expanding your knowledge of the graphics industry
• Be obsessive about quality
• Communicate, communicate, communicate!
