We are hiring a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to join our team in Chino, CA!

Job Title: Shipping / Receiving Supervisor

Salary: $66,560 | Shift: TBD

Job Purpose: To provide supervisory support for all of the clerical and data entry needs of the warehouse.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervises the clerical associates in the shipping, receiving, and customer service departments of the warehouse.
• Assigns duties to workers and schedules break periods, work hours, and vacations. Schedules and performs periodic evaluations on all clerical and customer service employees as dictated by the appropriate HR policies.
• Trains supervisors and associates in warehouse policies, departmental procedures, and job duties. Manages the accurate recording of deliveries and shipments into the system.
• Supervises the investigation of all reports of discrepancies and data entry errors.
• Listens to customer complaints, examines discrepancy reports, and resolves problems to restore and promote good public relations with the client.
• Overall responsibility for the supervision of good sanitation practices throughout the warehouse offices.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-initiator who can implement and manage all warehouse distribution programs as directed by the Office Manager.
• Extremely high level of computer and WMS system literacy.

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent and relevant certifications and/or experience
