Stile Windows & Doors is looking to add Shipping Associates to its rapidly expanding team! 

Shipping & Receiving Associates are responsible for receiving and distributing material, supplies, equipment, and products within warehouse; crating, staging and pulling product for deliveries; and helping load the delivery trucks with product for delivery. Successful candidates in this role have a positive "can-do" attitude, excellent customer service skills, are self-motivated and possess the experience to function in a high volume and fast paced environment.

What We Offer:

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00 per hour. We start employees at $19 - $20 (depending on experience) and offer performance-based raises.

Employees earn Paid Time off (PTO). In your first year its 1 hour / every hour worked up to 6.5 days or 52 hours annually. In the following year, you'll earn 10 days or 80 hours of PTO. And in years 3 you'll earn 15 days or 120 hours of PTO. 

In addition to PTO we have 7 Paid Holidays plus your Birthday as paid holiday.

What We Ask: 

Responsibilities

• Receive and distribute material, supplies, equipment, and products within warehouse.
• crating, staging and pulling product for deliveries; and
• assist with loading the delivery trucks with product for delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, assist with the upkeep of warehouse inventory by loading and unloading trucks and ensuring docks and aisles are clean and materials are stacked neatly and safely
• Participate in reporting of unsafe conditions or instances to maintain a safe work environment, following all safety rules
• Communicate closely with your supervisor regarding any material issues or defects
• Cross-train in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. multiple times a day
• Ability to work in a dusty environment and on uneven terrain
• Ability to walk, crouch, kneel, stand, without reasonable accommodation for 8 hours per day
• Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motions

Qualifications

• Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date
• General computer skills including Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets
• Ability to communicate in oral or written English
• Prior shipping & receiving or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, length, width, height, and depth
