Job description

Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Job Responsibilities-

• Organize shipments and consolidations for internal/domestic shipping.
• Use a computer hardware and software to generate labels for production and shipping while maintaining equipment.
• Replenish preferred rack locations for Power Assembly and Power Punch Lines.
• Perform routine inventory checks and promptly advise supervisor of any known shortages.
• Receive returned products and incoming raw materials.
• Move material from the warehouse to production with first out (FIFO) management valuations.
• Safely and accurately load and unload all materials/products for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Pick and prepare orders in accordance with customer requirements.
• Check to ensure to ensure trailers/containers and customers loads are secure and in good condition.
• Stage wood heat-treated Euro pallets and regular B grade pallets for production requirements.
• Inspect packages to ensure they are not damaged.
• Operate warehouse equipment as required to perform tasks in a safe, attentive, and purposeful manner.

Requirements-

• Previous work experience in Shipping & Receiving.
• Data entry skills required.
• Forklift.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
