Shipping and Receiving Clerk jobs in San Antonio, TX

LK Jordan has an opening for an experienced Shipping & Receiving Clerk near the airport area. The schedule is Monday- Friday from 7am-4pm with some overtime as needed. Pay rate is $18 - $20 an hour.

Essential Job Functions

• Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and compares their contents with our records to verify accuracy.
• Accurately sort and stock receivables properly in their designated location(s).
• Maintain an accurate log of the following for record-keeping purposes:
• Any damages or discrepancies involving received shipments.
• Space availability in the warehouse.
• Weight and charges of all outgoing shipments.
• Match all packing slips with purchase orders and record them accurately in the company database.
• Record all pulls from inventory in the database and assign them to the project they are pulled for.
• Collect and record any returned inventory pulled out of stock and reenter them back in as necessary.
• Complete and record monthly inventory counts of all stock items.
• Records excess materials purchased for projects into our database as a surplus item.
• Ensures that the count of all physical inventory items is correctly inputted into our database.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED (Preferred)
• At least one (1) year of warehouse experience preferred.
