Office Environment and exposure to outdoor conditions (hot/cold) and intermittent sounds at a level sufficient to cause hearing loss or fatigue. The physical requirements include ability to sit, stand for long periods of time, crouch, stoop and climb ladders, motor coordination skills and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly. Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more with or without corrective lenses. Must have ability to express ideas using the spoken word and requires the perception of speech.
