What we’re looking for:

In this position you will represent Envision Cold to our drivers, customers and staff.  Able to work in a fast-paced environment, you will be the one to keep things organized and moving along as things should.  Your exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written, will be critical to your success and the success of the business.

What you’ll do (including, but not limited to): 

• Receive, inspect and process shipments, including checking quantity and quality of shipments, logging receipt of items in system and documenting any discrepancies or damages.
• Verify shipping information, prepare documents, process freight bills, packing sheets, and other necessary paperwork.
• Communicate with carriers to establish efficiency with shipping and delivery of product.
• Sign drivers in and out.
• Assign carriers dock doors upon arrival and update in system to ensure accuracy upon unloading/loading of goods and materials.
• Organize and prioritize workload, working with tight deadlines.
• Assist with coordinating the activities of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Perform other duties as requested.

What you’ll bring to the role: 

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Shipping and Receiving experience required.
• Outstanding organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Fluency with the English language, including high proficiency in reading, writing and speaking.
• Good attendance record and good work ethic.
• Ability to prioritize needs and reassess business demands.
• Capable of working in a very fast-paced and ever-changing day-to-day operation while being able to stay on task and multi-task as needed.
• Exceptional computer skills, including MS Excel, Outlook and Word.
