Nestled at the heart of our operations, the Shipping Department is the vital link between our innovative products and our valued retail and wholesale clients. This role is not just about logistics; it's about becoming a part of a movement dedicated to quality, affordability, and health.

The ideal candidate will be eager to learn about our hemp product line and develop their individual skillset. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8 AM-4PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute precise order fulfillment, including the printing of order summaries and shipping labels.
• Carefully select products for each order, ensuring both retail and wholesale clients receive precisely what they need.
• Conduct thorough visual inspections of all items pre-shipment, guaranteeing only the highest quality products are sent out.
• Package products meticulously for safe and compliant transit.
• Organize and manage necessary shipping documents to meet compliance standards effortlessly.
• Keep an accurate inventory of shipping materials to ensure smooth department operations.
• Maintain a pristine and orderly work environment, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Strictly adhere to all company quality and safety protocols, contributing to our culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with the formulations team, offering packaging support as needed to drive efficiency and team success.
