Description
SUMMARY
Schedules incoming deliveries, receives all allied products, picks UPS orders and processes returns.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Reads orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Helps to identify and communicate shortfalls on customer orders.
• Track backorders and inventory variances with shipments.
• Schedules incoming product delivery appointments for Cadillac Coffee.
• Arranges outbound freight pickups for Cadillac Coffee.
• Picks and processes small parcel orders.
• Verify all receiving paperwork is in order before receiving PO’s into the system.
• Report shortages and damaged products.
• Use computer to enter records.
• Process returns from other warehouses.
• May operate forklift truck or other materials handling equipment for the purpose of moving products and materials within warehouse or in and out of vehicles.
• Assists with counting and maintaining accurate inventory thru physical counts and best practices.
• Adhere to food safety objectives and work to uphold Cadillac Coffee’s food safety and quality system.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
