Come join our team!The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for order entry, follow-up, status and other daily communication with customers in coordination with sales and other staff.- Maintain shipping and receiving area as needed.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks. Schedule truck shipments, UPS, and FedEx as needed.
- Interact with customers as needed to clarify or communicate discrepancies and schedules.
- Inspect and record incoming and outgoing orders for count, damage, dates, etc.
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:- This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements, therefore candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holder.
- Minimum one year experience in computer applications including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software programs related to function.
- Some shipping experience desired.
