Job Description: We are seeking a full-time seasonal Shipping/Receiving Clerk with the potential to transition into a permanent role. This position primarily involves supporting warehouse inventory management and shipping operations during the blueberry season.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate incoming blueberry receiving activities
• Receive and inspect raw materials and packaging materials for the packing facility
• Verify sales order paperwork to ensure accurate loading of shipments
• Inspect shipping carriers for cleanliness and/or damage prior to loading
• Physically monitor the receiving/loading process
• Keep inventory up to date, reconcile shipments with current inventory, stage shipments to be loaded, and assist with shipment loading
Requirements:
• Flexible hours availability
• Proficiency in computer use
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Forklift experience
• Attention to detail in a high-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a packinghouse
